👩‍🍳 Chantal Theberge
Chantal found her passion for baking as a way to unwind from her demanding role as a therapist with the Department of National Defence. Her creative sugar cookies became the backbone of our brand, bringing smiles to everyone who tries them.
👩‍🎨 Marie Houston
An interior designer turned baker, Marie's journey into the kitchen began after battling an auto-immune disease. Her passion for handmade, preservative-free baked goods shines in every item, especially her custom cakes and hand-painted sugar cookies.

It all started with sugar cookies and sourdough. From renting commercial kitchens and supplying local cafés to farmers' markets and finally opening our very own shop, our journey has been fueled by passion and community love.
On July 17, 2024, we officially opened Coo.ookies with Us in Carleton Place. Every cookie, scone, and pastry is handmade from scratch using simple, high-quality ingredients. No preservatives, no shortcuts—just pure love in every bite.
